This extra virgin oil is made up from olives grown on Leccino, Coratina, Ogliarola and Frantoio which, alone or as a group, must account for up to 80% of the total. Lesser varieties present in olive trees situated in the area may account for the remaining 20%. It shows a light fluidity. Colour: yellow/green. Flavour: fruity with a hint of bitterness and spiciness. Maximum total acidity 0,6%. This olive oil is a great dressing for first vegetable-based first courses, however its delicate aroma is suitable also for meats and fish.
